This is our largest resort in Scotland offering guests a wide choice of accommodation.
Choose from cosy two bedroom Scandinavian-style chalets to more spacious 2-3 bed apartments, lodges and villas*.
Whatever size suits you for your Highland break you can be assured of a high standard throughout . All accommodation includes a fully equipped kitchen featuring fridge-freezer, oven and microwave as standard, some of the larger properties include a dishwasher. Your living area includes a TV and safe as standard and some of our villas also feature an open fire to keep you extra cosy. All accommodation offers guests either a private patio, balcony or conservatory extending your living and dining space even further.
All living rooms include a double sofa bed which means an additional two guests can be accommodated if required. Some apartments also include a private sauna within the main bathroom, please enquire when booking.

The Spey Valley Championship Golf Course is an 18-hole course that meanders through ancient Caledonian pine forests and along the banks of the sparkling River Spey.
At 635 yards, our 5th hole is one of the longest holes in Scotland and the 6th spans a lake which has been adopted as a nesting site by a bird colony. When you reach the 12th at the start of the home stretch, the Spey Valley opens up before you like a film set, whilst the 16th presents a real challenge for even the most experienced golfer. You’ll need a long, accurate tee shot to carry the water hazard and the flowering purple heather is standing by to punish a poor shot. However, the most spectacular of all has to be the 18th; with its two bunkers designed to mirror the undulating corries of the mountains beyond, this is our raison d’être.
