Fakenham Golf Course consists of a nine hole par71 (36 out 35 back).  The course measures 6245 yards in total and has eight different tees on the back nine.  The course is played twice to equal 18 holes. Rated as one of Britain & Ireland’s ‘Top 100’ courses, golfers have walked the rolling fairways at Hunstanton nestling in a stunning landscape of dunes and links grasses for 125 years. Overlooking The Wash, Hunstanton is the only golf course on the east coast of England where the sun sets over the sea, providing striking views in both summer and winter. Established in 1922 on a Norfolk Breckland Heath, just two miles from the town centre, Swaffham expanded from 9 to 18 holes in 2001. This transformed the course into an attractive and demanding experience, enjoyable by all standards of player. Kings Lynn moved to its present, idyllic location in 1975, with the course being the first to be designed by the acclaimed Peter Alliss/Dave Thomas partnership. It has matured into the magnificent challenge now considered by golfers and golf writers alike, to be one of the finest and most scenic inland courses in East Anglia. Heacham Manor Golf Course might be young, but it is growing up fast. On the undulating ‘links’ style front nine the landscaping has settled in and the shrubs have thrived, while the trees of the parkland back nine are just how nature intended.
