Buckpool’s 18 hole course is set out on a clifftop location at the extreme western end of Buckpool. UK Golf Guide describes it as a links course with superlative views over Moray Firth. Playing to nearly 6,000 yards from the back tees, Strathlene Buckie Golf Club gives golfers of all levels more than enough challenge than they could hope for and more. Designed by the legendary Ben Sayers, the Spey Bay Golf Course was opened in 1907. The gentle 6219 yard layout is renowned as one of the finest on the Moray coast. At the far end of the course will find the signature par 3 8th hole. 138 yards may look innocuous on the card, but the plateau green and stunning view may be enough to make you think twice!
