Dominated by the sea, Drummore is a delightful and friendly, small village. This unique corner of Scotland has an abundance of exciting experiences to offer from glorious beaches, gorgeous scenery and a lovely climate – the Gulf Stream washes the shores, making for a mild climate all year round. A short drive from Fourwinds is the Mull of Galloway, Scotland’s most southerly point and home to the RSPB reserve with a great variety of species including guillemots, kittiwakes and puffins. From the circular walk round the cliff top, you may be lucky enough to spot pods of porpoise in the bay. There are no fewer than five stunning gardens to visit, including Logan Botanic Gardens and Castle Kennedy Gardens. The Galloway Forest offers exceptional walking and cycling, including the 7Stanes cycle trail and boasting a designation as the first Dark Sky Park outside the USA. Beach 50 yards.
