The location is a paradise for walkers, with a quiet public footpath passing through the farmyard and heading into the woodland, nature lovers and bird watchers, and dolphins, seals, red kites and buzzards can all be spotted locally. The coastline boasts award-winning sandy beaches and coves, many of which are dog friendly all year round, and inland towards the Teifi Valley you will find the pretty market towns of Tregaron and Lampeter.

Also close by and well worth a visit is New Quay, where Dylan Thomas once lived, and Aberystwyth, with its pier, promenade and electric cliff railway, and from where you can catch the little steam train to Devil’s Bridge and waterfalls. Beach 8 miles. Shop, two pubs and restaurant 2 miles.
