We have 36 holes of golf over challenging and picturesque courses, including the Championship Lakes course. With its long holes, narrow fairways and, as the name suggests, plenty of water hazards, this is a challenging course for any golfer.
The picturesque Woods course has gentle undulating fairways, which makes local knowledge the key to a low score. The course runs alongside many of the wooded areas surrounding the resort and has a number ofĀ strategically placedĀ pot bunkers to catch you out.

The Courses – Lakes & Woods course
The Lakes Course
Par – 72 | Yardage 6,776
A real test even for even the most enthusiastic player, The Lakes is a par 72 course and sits at 6776 yards, a challenge to any level of golfer. Lakes guard the approaches to many greens, so course management and shot placement is key. The holes are long and the fairways tight, so anything wayward from the tee could result in you having to lay up in front of the water. A veritable challenge for all ā the 9th hole is over 600 yards, one of the longest in Europe.
The Woods Course
Par – 73 | Yardage 6,623
The shorter Woodside course runs along the forested estate ā spectacular at any time of year. The fairways and natural hazards need careful negotiation ā a real ‘thinkers’ course for high handicappers and pros alike. The Woods is the shorter of the two courses measuring 6,623 yards. With an added par 5 The Woods is a Par 73 and offers the longer hitters an added chance at birdie. It is slightly more undulating than the Lakes and is very picturesque, running by our on-site lodges.
